Being a locally owned and operated real estate company, Choice Realty & Management is able to customize its marketing plan to best fit the client’s needs. Typically, we have a guideline that shows our clients the activity we have planned and what can be expected from us. The first week of the new listing, we have a daily summary of the activities taking place. From a pre-list visit, to signing documents to installing yard signs and creating advertising flyers, we are a full-service real estate company ready and willing to work hard for our clients with the ultimate goal of selling fast for the highest value.
