Lori Todd is a lifelong Bloomington resident and knows the community, including Indiana University, Lake Monroe, and surrounding Monroe County, very well. Immediately after graduating from Edgewood High School, she began her real estate career, giving her more than 25 years of experience.
In 1992, she received a Salesperson license and worked in both small and large firms. In 2000, she earned an Indiana Broker’s license and joined the Bloomington Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. In 2002, she opened her own firm which is now the largest locally owned, independent firm specializing in residential sales, leasing and managing investment property in Bloomington, Monroe County, Indiana.
Since beginning her sales career, Lori has surpassed the national average of transactions per agent every year and has been in the Top 20 in the local board every year. She has earned advanced education designations, such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI). She is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate with IREM and a studying to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Over the past the two decades, Lori has served in leadership and volunteered with many professional and charitable organizations. She was awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year in 2009 and graduated from the Indiana Realtors Leadership Academy in 2011. She has served as President for the Bloomington Board of Realtors, Bloomington MLS, BBOR Publications and the Monroe County Apartment Association. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Building Association and the Indiana Association of Realtors.
